          General:

          This string belongs to the monfilmament family.

          For tennis players who are big baseliners and for power, spin and durability, monfilaments are a good choice to develop your game with.

          This string can suit beginners although we normally recommend syn-gut or multifilaments to help with feel while they are developing technique.

          Monofilaments normally come in the form of polyester and polymers and work well for advancing beginner, intermediate and advanced players, but not managing problematic arm injuries. these strings offer power, extra spin if the profile is designed accordingly and increased durabilty over syn gut and multifilaments.

          To aid players with added durabilty, our string gauges are normally around 1.30mm (16) but we can also supply thinner gauges for extra bite, spin and control, but the trade off is the durability with a thinner gauge.

          This string is great for power players using frames above 96sq inches looking to build on their attack and power game. If you are managing an arm injury but want to develop your attacking game, you can take a look at our hybrids with syn gut or multifilaments to help further soften the string bed.  

          For squash players, monofilamnents are also available offering a durabale string set but with a slightly different feel to multifilaments.

          General:

          Hybrids will normally consist of two of the following allocated in either the mains or  cross format (monofilament polys, syn-gut, multifilament, smart, kevlar and natural gut). 

          For experimenting tennis players, the most common hybrids are a poly type string on the mains to aid with spin and a multifilament or syn gut on the crosses. The advantage is you will have a blend of power and control from two different families working at two different tensions depending on the configuration. 

          The hybrid approach also aids with exra feel if the player needs more feel off the full pattern of monofilment poly or another tough string. If the player is managing an arm injury, the primary go-to is likely to be a multifilament, syn gut or a natural gut tensioned correctly.

          A hybrid can help a power player managing an arm injury with good delivery and confidence with the correct setup. Hybrids are very popular with regular doubles players to help deliver more net feel and play with the softer string bed. 

          Summary is they are a good all round string for players looking to further soften the string bed from a full bed of polymer, or want to experiment with combinations to suit their game.
